HALAS Ministries respects the privacy of people who contact or engage with the ministry.
Our approach
We collect only information needed to operate the website, respond to enquiries and understand how ministry content is being used.
Website analytics
The website records limited usage information such as pages viewed, referral source, campaign tags, device and browser type, approximate location when supplied by our hosting network, and link or button clicks. A random browser identifier may be stored locally to estimate unique visitors and sessions. We do not store raw visitor IP addresses in the HALAS analytics log.
Newsletter
When you subscribe to HALAS ministry updates, we store the email address you provide, the signup page and the time of consent. Newsletter records are kept separately from contact and prayer submissions and can be marked unsubscribed or deleted by the ministry administrator.
Optional analytics services
HALAS may connect Google Analytics for aggregated reporting, including demographics such as age brackets or gender when Google makes that data available. Such demographic reports can be incomplete or privacy-thresholded and are not inferred by HALAS from individual visitors.
